Brittany is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the District of Columbia. She earned her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
Brittany has extensive experience working with children and teenagers ages 5-18. She has worked with individuals who experience grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, anger outbursts, and stage of life transitions. She also enjoys working with couples, families and adults who are experiencing ineffective communication styles, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
The treatment modalities Brittany commonly works from include: structural family therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. Brittany is a warm, welcoming, and compassionate therapist. She believes in tailoring therapy to her clients, knowing that individuals are unique and respond best to personalized treatment.
