PAYMENT

BILLING

Counseling services are on a self-pay basis.  Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.  DTA keeps a credit card on file and will charge you at the end of the month unless other arrangements have been made.  

INSURANCE

Most insurance companies will reimburse a percentage of the session cost depending on your plan. Contact your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network benefits for mental health counseling. Your monthly invoice will contain all the information most insurance companies require to reimburse you and can be attached directly to your claim form.

CANCELLATION

We ask for 24 hours notice if you find you cannot make your appointment.  You will be charged for missed sessions and all appointments that are not cancelled prior to the session.
