Joy works with her clients on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma recovery, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, relationship and family issues, self-esteem, substance abuse, identity development, and life transitions.
Joy has an M.S. in Clinical Counseling Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a B.A. in Psychology & Communication from La Salle University. She served as the Ethics Specialist for the American Counseling Association (ACA) for over 3 years. Joy is a self-professed counseling ethics nerd who loves sharing her knowledge and experience with counselors to assist them in practicing ethically.
